Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer interactions via phone, email, and chat in English.
  • Provide accurate information, troubleshoot problems, and resolve issues effectively.
  • Ensure all customer queries are handled with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
  • Escalate complex cases to the appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and procedures.
  • Achieve individual and team performance targets, including customer satisfaction and response times.

Requirements:

  • Native or C2 level proficiency in English (written and spoken).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
  • Flexibility to work night shifts and adapt to potential schedule changes.
  • Must already be based in Athens, Greece (no relocation provided).

Compensation and Benefits:

  • 14 salaries per year (12 monthly + 1 Easter + 1 split between Summer & Christmas)
  • Private Health & Life Insurance
  • Performance bonus (as per company policy)
  • 25 days annual leave
  • Permanent contract
  • €50 meal voucher per month (valid for all projects)
