We are looking for a Junior Sponsorship Specialist to manage the full process of ticket allocation and distribution for matches involving our sponsored football and basketball teams. This role is central to the effective execution of our sponsorship agreements and ensures a seamless experience for partners, staff, and guests on matchdays.

What you will be doing :

Ticket Coordination & Allocation

  • Communicate with sponsored clubs to secure ticket allocations per match.
  • Organize and maintain ticket inventories across all home and away matches.
  • Manage internal requests and distribute tickets to staff, partners, clients, and VIPs.

Matchday Logistics and Support

  • Prepare and deliver digital or physical tickets prior to each event.
  • Collaborate with clubs and hospitality teams when premium seating or VIP access is involved.

Stakeholder Communication

  • Provide clear instructions and timelines for ticket collection and usage.
  • Act as a liaison between the company and clubs for ticket logistics.
  • Maintain an organized flow of information between internal teams and external partners.

Tracking & Reporting

  • Keep accurate records of ticket allocations and usage.
  • Prepare summary reports after each match or event for internal review.
  • Ensure all distributions align with sponsorship entitlements and contract terms.

We are looking for someone who :

  • Is detail-oriented and reliable.
  • Is fluent in Greek and English, both written and spoken.
  • Is available on matchdays (when needed) to support ticket-related issues or urgent requests.
  • Has excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
