We are looking for a
Tech Sales Executive
to build and grow long-term client relationships for our business software solutions. This is a consultative, relationship-led role, with ownership across the full client lifecycle, from early presales engagement to delivery coordination and ongoing account management.
You will act as a trusted partner to your clients, working closely with Product and Professional Services teams to shape solutions that address real business needs. The role combines commercial responsibility, professional judgment, and collaboration, offering meaningful impact and visibility in a fast-paced, but supportive environment.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients
- Own assigned accounts end-to-end, acting as the main point of contact
- Lead consultative sales discussions, helping clients clarify needs and identify the right solutions
- Actively participate in the presales phase, including solution positioning, presentations, and client meetings
- Manage commercial discussions and agreements in close collaboration with internal stakeholders
- Work closely with Product and Professional Services teams to plan and support the delivery of new solutions, enhancements, and upgrades
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and sustainable account growth
- Contribute to a collaborative, non-competitive team culture focused on shared success
What we're looking for
- University degree in a business-related or Information and Communication Technology (ICT) field
- 3 - 5+ years of experience in sales or presales of Business Software / SaaS solutions (e.g. ERP, CRM, Business Analytics, Custom Solutions)
- Strong consultative selling skills with a clear relationship/account-management mindset
- Proven track record of closing and managing mid-size and large enterprise customers
- Ability to understand complex solutions and clearly communicate their business value
- Strong presentation, communication, negotiation, and time-management skills
- Experience working cross-functionally in collaborative, fast-paced environments
