Position Overview:
As a
Project Manager
at
ETME
you will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple projects from inception to completion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project planning sessions and coordinate resources.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and status reports.
- Manage project scope, budget, and schedule to ensure successful delivery.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.
- Ensure adherence to company standards and best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or relevant project management certification preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management.
- Experience with European funded projects, including familiarity with EU regulations and reporting requirements.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira).
