Position Overview:

As a
Project Manager
at
ETME
you will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple projects from inception to completion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project planning sessions and coordinate resources.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and status reports.
  • Manage project scope, budget, and schedule to ensure successful delivery.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.
  • Ensure adherence to company standards and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or relevant project management certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management.
  • Experience with European funded projects, including familiarity with EU regulations and reporting requirements.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira).
