Google Ads Expert

Responsibilities

• Set up, monitor, and continuously optimize Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Demand Gen and Display campaigns for retail and e-commerce clients.
• Maintain efficiency targets (high ROAS) or drive growth targets (measurable revenue growth) through continuous optimization and experimentation.
• Oversee the development, implementation, and ongoing refinement of the company's CSS program to maximize visibility and reduce CPC for retail clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure proper feed integration and compliance with Google Shopping requirements.
• Collaborate with account team to develop digital plans that support client objectives
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across all channels of the Google Ads landscape
• Measure, refine & report performance of all digital marketing campaigns against ROI goals
• Identify trends and insights and optimize spend based on performance
• Plan, execute and measure tests across ad creative and landing pages to optimize conversion
• Collaborate with internal teams to evaluate, test and refine the end-to-end multi-channel customer experience
• Ensure the quality and accuracy of all client-facing deliverables
• Develop, communicate and monitor growth and efficiency targets for client campaigns and agency business
• Identify and synthesize information from partners and internal teams to prioritize and communicate high impact projects and actions

Job requirements

• University Degree in relevant field (Engineering, Business, Marketing, Mathematics, Economics)
• 3+ years of experience in Performance Marketing
• Passion and Deep Knowledge of Digital Advertising and Digital Analytics
• Excellent analytical, organizational, project management and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, Excel proficiency a must
• Analytical mindset with ability to measure, test & refine
• Experience with A/B and multivariate testing
• Google Ads Certified
• Proven track record of managing Google Ads, YouTube, Facebook and other social media channels
• Naturally and aggressively curious
• Basic Google Tag Manager knowledge is considered a plus
• Experience in an e-commerce environment is a plus
• Strong critical thinking, analytical, organizational and project management skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Excellent oral and written communication, presentation and consultative selling skills
• Agency experience preferred
