Role Summary

As a Performance Marketing Analyst, you'll turn data into action — executing campaigns, analysing performance, and delivering insights across client accounts. Using AI-powered tools and automation, you'll help optimize strategies, improve efficiency, and drive measurable results under the guidance of two Performance Marketing Specialists and a Manager.

The Ideal Candidate

• At least 6 months of experience managing social media ads or PPC ads.
• Curious about emerging trends and AI marketing innovations.
• Strong analytical and numerical mindset.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Meticulous attention to detail, with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Positive, proactive, and solution-oriented.
• Passionate about digital marketing and eager to learn.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute campaigns on Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn Ads platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance, budgets, and key metrics daily in our AI DIAL360 tool.
• Analyse trends and user behavior using analytics tools, applying insights to improve performance.
• Create clear, data-backed reports and actionable recommendations.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Stay curious and experiment with AI tools and automation to drive better outcomes.
• Share findings, learnings, and best practices with the team.
• Keep up to date with the latest digital and AI marketing trends through research and continuous learning.
• Develop a strong understanding of client industries, products, and goals.

Experience

• Minimum 6 months of experience with Google and Meta Ads.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager is a plus
• Familiarity with TikTok Ads and LinkedIn Ads is beneficial.
• Google/Meta Ads certification preferred but not mandatory.
