SENIOR SAP SD CONSULTANT

The role reports to the Director of Business Applications

and can be based in
Greece, Poland, Romania, Serbia, or Bulgaria.

The ideal candidate will lead the evolution and support of our Sales & Distribution processes within the SAP ecosystem and bridges business needs with technical capabilities, ensuring the delivery of scalable, compliant, and value-driven solutions across our operations.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Own the SAP SD product lifecycle, from requirement gathering and solution design to testing, deployment, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate commercial needs into effective SAP SD solutions aligned with group strategy.
  • Lead enhancements and change initiatives. Prioritize and manage the DevOps backlog, ensuring timely delivery of improvements and fixes. Acts as a Subject Matter Expert in the Change Management process.
  • Own enhancements & project tasks translating functional requirements into solution design, build, test (co-ordinating UAT) and deployment.
  • Liaise with implementation and support partners to ensure service delivery meets agreed SLAs and design standards.
  • Support incident and problem management by investigating issues, coordinate resolution efforts, and initiate root cause analysis and preventive actions.
  • Ensure adherence to internal controls, audit requirements, and change management protocols.
  • Enable user adoption by delivering training and providing expert support to key users across the business.

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or any other equivalent will be considered an asset
  • Solution architect experience for commercial applications. Full understanding of SD related integration issues is a must
  • 5+ years of SAP SD experience. Exposure in FMCG environment will be considered an asset
  • SD SAP certification will be considered as an asset
  • Minimum 2 full life cycle implementation of SAP
  • ABAP Programming knowledge will be considered an asset
  • Excellent command of English language
