Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Plans, proposes and executes 360-degree marketing actions across all communication channels, both offline and online, including branding, publicity efforts, event organization, social media strategy and content creation
  • Leads the development and execution of comprehensive marketing plans and promotional activities to enhance market visibility and drive business objectives
  • Collaborates with external agencies to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns
  • Utilizes data analytics and market research to identify trends, monitor performance, and improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Manages marketing budgets and project timelines, ensuring the delivery of marketing initiatives within scope and budget
  • Works closely with the sales teams to maintain a unified message and integrated customer experience
  • Μonitors industry trends and analyzes competitor approaches to sustain a competitive advantage in the automotive sector
  • Prepares and delivers presentations and reports to internal stakeholders, including senior management

Qualifications:

  • BSc in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field (MSc degree is preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in a senior marketing role, preferably within the automotive industry
  • Proven experience in managing successful marketing campaigns
  • Strong understanding of marketing platforms, channels, CRM software and best practices 
  • Ability to manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective strategies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
