Assistant Accountant
for full-time employment at its facilities in Acharnes, Attica.

Responsibilities

  • Recording accounting entries in double-entry books
  • Invoice and expense verification
  • Managing bank transactions and reconciliations
  • Reconciling invoices and identifying discrepancies
  • Bank reconciliations and recording bank movements
  • Public companies' utilities and submission to MYDATA
  • Organizing and maintaining files
  • Recording and reconciling domestic and international purchases
  • Costing imports
  • Coordination of the Commercial Management cycle with the Accounting department
  • Payroll document verification and submission
  • Other accounting department tasks

Required Qualifications

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (University/Technological Institution)
  • At least 2 years of experience in an accounting position in a company with Category C books
  • Excellent knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office
  • Strong command of the English language
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with accuracy and efficiency
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Pleasant and dynamic personality
