Position Overview
We are seeking a Data and Modeling Analyst with hands-on SQL & Python experience to join our Risk Analytics Unit within the Risk Management General Division. This role is central to advancing the Bank's capabilities in data-driven risk analysis, supporting a wide range of specialized analytics initiatives across risk domains.

As a key member of the Risk Analytics team, you will support the development and automation of advanced analytics solutions, including dashboards & models. Your work will support both strategic decision-making and regulatory compliance, with a strong emphasis on technical proficiency in data engineering, statistical modeling, and visualization.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Be

• Design, develop, and maintain advanced analytics solutions using SQL, Python and other relevant tools
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate business needs into effective data solutions that enhance their ability to make data-driven decisions
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for internal and regulatory use
• Apply statistical and machine learning techniques to support risk quantification and scenario analysis
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of data infrastructure, analytics methodologies and innovation

You Will Be a Great Candidate If You

• Have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in data analytics, risk modeling, or a related technical field
• Hold a University degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline
• Are proficient in SQL and Python for data manipulation, analysis, and automation
• Possess strong knowledge of data modeling, statistical analysis, and machine learning techniques
• Have experience working with large datasets and data warehousing solutions
• Understand risk management frameworks and non-financial and financial risk concepts (not mandatory)
• Are fluent in English and Greek, with excellent communication skills
• Demonstrate strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and project management skills
• Are detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working independently or in teams
