Main responsibilities and duties


• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, scanners and VoIP systems

• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks

• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests

• Providing technical support across the company

• Setting up accounts and workstations for new users

• Administration of Microsoft operating systems, NTFS permissions, file sharing, DNS, DHCP, Microsoft Office 365

• Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary

• Testing new technology

• Provide training to users of new installations and support them

Requirements


• Bachelor's Degree (TEI or AEI) in Computer Science, Computing or Engineering or relevant job experience with above requirements

• Hands-on with computer networks, network administration and network installation

• English communication (verbal, written) skills

• Great interest in learning new things

• Time management skills

• Ability to prioritize and delegate

• Team player with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization
