Role Summary:

Your role will focus on reviewing user-generated content to ensure it meets platform standards. You'll enforce guidelines, handle user appeals, and work closely with your team to maintain a secure and positive user experience. Stay informed on trends to continuously improve moderation strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Evaluation: Review videos, audio, comments, and links, ensuring they align with community guidelines. Flag and manage inappropriate content to safeguard the platform.
  • Policy Enforcement: Make sure all content, including images and titles, follows platform rules and standards.
  • User Support: Respond to user appeals and provide clear guidance regarding content moderation decisions.
  • Compliance: Collaborate with your team to ensure the platform consistently adheres to compliance regulations.
  • Trend Awareness: Monitor user trends and behaviors, identifying potential risks to adjust moderation approaches as needed.
  • Process Enhancement: Provide feedback on moderation methods and collaborate with internal teams to improve tools and strategies.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Hebrew (C1/C2 level)
  • Fluent in English (C1/C2 level)
  • EU citizenship or a Greek residency card
  • At least one year of experience in Customer Support
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the field
