Join Our Team as a Hebrew Quality Analyst (Content Moderation) in Beautiful Thessaloniki

Your Role:

As a Quality Analyst, you will play a critical role in reviewing and assessing user-generated content such as text, images, videos, and audio files according to predefined guidelines and policies. Your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting thorough content analysis to identify and address violations of community standards, terms of service, and legal requirements.
Providing constructive feedback and coaching to content moderators to enhance their performance and ensure consistency in moderation decisions.
Developing and maintaining quality assurance processes and documentation to track and report on moderation accuracy and efficiency.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Training, and Product Development, to continuously improve moderation processes and tools.
Staying updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes related to content moderation, recommending necessary adjustments to policies and procedures.

Requirements:

Language Skills: Fluent in English (C1) and Hebrew (C1), with excellent grammar and communication skills.
Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
Experience: Proven experience in content moderation or quality assurance, preferably within a BPO or tech company.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of online community standards, legal requirements, and regulatory frameworks related to content moderation.
Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail, capable of maintaining accuracy while working with large volumes of content.
Communication: Effective interpersonal skills to provide clear feedback and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with moderation tools and platforms, as well as Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace. Experience with machine learning-based moderation tools is a plus.
