What You'll Do:Be the first point of contact for Hebrew-speaking customers
Resolve inquiries related to products, services, orders, or technical issues via phone, chat, and email
Deliver top-tier customer service while maintaining professionalism and empathy
Work in a modern office environment with ongoing training and support
Native-level Hebrew speaker
Good communication skills in English (B2+ level)
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset
Ability to relocate and adapt to life in Athens
