junior social media content creator
.

Spitishop caters to more than visitors daily, guiding them through SKUs of home, kid and garden products, providing them with the smoothest experience possible. This means that we take special interest and pride in our communication and count on it to set ourselves apart.

This position is at a
junior level
with a very creative character. The role includes working within the Marketing department with a focus on
creating, planning and executing campaigns
that help drive growth.

The primary responsibility of the position is to assist the team in implementing the best marketing strategy by generating helpful and engaging content that provides value to customers, keeps Spitishop as their top-of-mind choice and incentivizes them to get to know the brand.

Key Objectives

As a member of our marketing team, you'll play a key role in creating, editing, and managing content across our social media platforms:

• Create and edit short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, etc.) for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest
• Publish static posts, stories, and pins across platforms
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas to our content calendar and campaigns
• Collaborate with the wider team to execute the social media strategy
• Stay on top of trends and apply the latest formats and best practices

Requirements:

• BSc degree in Marketing, Business administration or related field
• 1-2 years experience in creating social media content
• Basic video editing skills using tools like CapCut, InShot, Premiere Rush, or similar
• Strong visual sense and familiarity with Instagram & TikTok trends
• Organized and reliable with respect to deadlines
• Attention to detail and quality with a keen eye for aesthetics
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in Greek and English
• Inclination with copy-writing related positions will be greatly considered.
• Eagerness to learn and grow

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with tools like Canva or Photoshop
• Photography or mobile filming skills
• Experience uploading content on Pinterest
• A portfolio or personal account with sample work
