Your Role:

Managing of incoming calls

Identify and access customers' needs to achieve satisfaction

Build relations of trust ‍ through open and interactive communication

Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the methods/tools

Keep records of customer interaction, process customer accounts and file documents

Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

Who we are looking for:

EU holder.

Native or near to native Dutch language (C1- C2).

Very good command of English language (B2).

Good MS Office skills.

Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of charact

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
