We need a hands-on, no-nonsense HSE Officer to steer health, safety, and environmental standards on some of Sweden's largest data centre construction sites. Your mission? Keep the crew safe, the rules tight, and the site running like clockwork.

Your Day-to-Day:

  • Enforce HSE policies like a hawk — no exceptions.
  • Hunt down risks and squash them before they cause trouble.
  • Lead audits, inspections, and keep compliance bulletproof.
  • Train, mentor, and empower teams and subcontractors.
  • Investigate incidents thoroughly and make sure history doesn't repeat itself.
  • Keep all HSE documentation sharp, current, and audit-ready.
  • Liaise with regulators and make sure the law is on your side.
  • Drive a culture where safety isn't a box to tick—it's a mindset.

What You Need to Bring:

  • NEBOSH, IOSH or equivalent HSE certification.
  • Solid track record in construction HSE roles.
  • Familiarity with Swedish HSE laws and industry standards.
  • Strong communicator and leader—both on-site and in reports.
  • Fluent English, bonus points if you speak Swedish or another Nordic language.
  • Experience in data centre projects? Great, but not a dealbreaker.
