H εταιρία διαθέτει αλυσίδα καταστημάτων στην Ελλάδα κι ένα σύγχρονο online shop, κάνοντας παράλληλα εξαγωγές σε 23 χώρες. Το εργοστάσιο παραγωγής της εταιρίας στην Αθήνα, με λειτουργία άνω των 50 ετών, μέσα από την εμπειρία και ξεχωριστή χειροτεχνία, φροντίζει για τη διάθεση επιλεγμένων συλλογών στα καταστήματα της εταιρίας. Παράλληλα σε επιλεγμένα καταστήματα TSAKIRIS MALLAS διατίθενται και συλλογές γνωστών διεθνών labels.

Βασικές Αρμοδιότητες

  • Παρακολούθηση και αξιολόγηση των τάσεων της αγοράς και του ανταγωνισμού

  • Ανάπτυξη και εφαρμογή εμπορικών στρατηγικών σύμφωνα με τους εταιρικούς στόχους

  • Εξασφάλιση της συμμόρφωσης με τους κανονισμούς και τις προδιαγραφές της εταιρείας σε όλο το δίκτυο των καταστημάτων

  • Ενεργή συμμετοχή στον σχεδιασμό της εμπορικής πολιτικής της εταιρείας σε συνεργασία με τη Γενική Διεύθυνση

  • Συμμετοχή στη διαμόρφωση του στόχου πωλήσεων καθώς και την ευθύνη επίτευξής του

  • Εκπόνηση τακτικών ποσοτικών και ποιοτικών αναλύσεων και κατάθεση προτάσεων προς τη διοίκηση

  • Έρευνα και ανάλυση της αγοράς για τον εντοπισμό νέων εμπορικών ευκαιριών

  • Εκπαίδευση, συντονισμό, παρακίνηση και ανάπτυξη ομάδας περιφερειακών διευθυντών

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ/ΤΕΙ με κατεύθυνση Διοίκησης Επιχειρήσεων / Οικονομικά / Marketing ή άλλον σχετικό κλάδο. Σχετικός Μεταπτυχιακός τίτλος θα θεωρηθεί πρόσθετο προσόν

  • Αποδεδειγμένη εμπειρία σε αντίστοιχη διοικητική θέση ιδανικά στον κλάδο της υποδηματοποιίας

  • Ευχέρεια ανάλυσης οικονομικών στοιχείων

  • Καλή γνώση της Αγγλικής Γλώσσας

  • Καλή γνώση H/Y

  • Εξαιρετικές δεξιότητες στην επικοινωνία και τις διαπροσωπικές σχέσεις

  • Ανάπτυξη πρωτοβουλιών και επίλυση προβλημάτων

  • Άριστη ικανότητα διαχείρισης χρόνου και ιεράρχησης προτεραιοτήτων
