Role Overview

As a Customer Advisor, you'll be the voice of the brand, delivering high-quality support to customers across multiple channels. Your responsibilities include:

  • Managing customer inquiries via phone, chat, email, and social media.
  • Identifying and addressing customer needs to ensure satisfaction and brand loyalty.
  • Providing accurate information using the right tools and methods.
  • Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and adhering to policies.
  • Meeting performance targets and contributing to team success.

What We Offer

  • Base Salary: 1,250 EUR (x14 months annually).

Location & Schedule
  • Workplace: On-site in Athens, Greece.
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00-19:00.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Language Proficiency: Dutch (C1-C2 level) and English (B2 level).
  • Key Skills: Exceptional communication, active listening, and customer orientation.
  • Nice-to-Have Traits: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Experience in customer service or tech support is a plus
