Kollective is hiring a
Google & Meta Ads Specialist
to join our agile remote team. As a full-service digital design and marketing agency specializing in the hospitality and tourism sectors, we work with boutique hotels and resorts around the world.

This is a
technical role
focused on the
setup, management, and optimization
of paid advertising campaigns across Google and Meta platforms. You'll be responsible for building and maintaining performance-driven campaigns, managing budgets, implementing tracking, and collaborating with other team members to ensure our clients' goals are met.

The role is
fully remote
, and we're looking for someone who can hit the ground running with confidence. It's a great opportunity for a detail-oriented marketer who enjoys the hands-on side of campaign execution and wants to deepen their expertise in a fast-moving and supportive environment.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience managing
    Google Ads
    and
    Meta Ads
    campaigns.
  • Confident in setting up campaigns, ad groups, audiences, tracking, and budgets on both platforms.
  • Solid understanding of
    Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
    and
    Meta Events Manager
    .
  • Familiarity with performance marketing metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, and others.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
  • Fluent in both Greek and English
    , with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Comfortable working remotely with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Experience with
    Google Tag Manager
    ,
    Looker Studio
    , or other campaign reporting tools is a bonus.
