What We are looking for

As a Senior Paid Social Specialist at Novibet, you will lead the execution and optimization of paid social media campaigns across platforms. Your role will be pivotal in driving brand awareness, engagement, and conversions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to align with broader marketing objectives. This role demands exceptional creativity, keen attention to detail, and the ability to think and act swiftly in response to events that influence our business. Familiarity with the gambling industry is considered an advantage.

What you will work on

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns across key platforms
• Develop and test ad creatives and strategies
• Conduct A/B testing to refine campaign performance
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities
• Generate regular reports to track key performance metrics and provide insights
• Create daily, weekly, and monthly reports
• Prepare and present regular performance reports, highlighting key KPIs and outcomes
• Create and present detailed performance reports to stakeholders, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement
• Conduct competitive analysis to stay informed about industry trends and competitors' strategies
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends and leverage them to inform strategy
• Coordinate with other departments for integrated marketing campaigns
  

What you bring

• BSc in Marketing, Communications or related field; MSc will be considered as an asset
• Min 4+ years of proven experience in a relevant role, managing paid social campaigns
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and data visualization platforms
• Creativity paired with a data-driven mindset for informed decision-making
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Adaptability and a willingness to learn and embrace new technologies and methodologies
• Exceptional writing skills, with the ability to adapt style, tone, and voice to align with social media content requirements
