We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist for the brands of bwin, sportingbet & Vistabet, responsible for paid digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, Display & Programmatic networks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute, and manage campaigns across various digital platforms focusing on PPC and Meta
  • Identify trends and insights to optimize ad spending based on performance data
  • Monitor KPIs regularly and proactively recommend strategies to improve CPA and ROI
  • Create reports using GA4, Looker Studio and other similar tools & platforms
  • Drive continuous campaign optimization through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and bidding strategies

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of proven hands-on experience in digital performance marketing
  • Experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, Video) and Meta Ads
  • Familiarity with GA4, DCM, DV360, conversion tracking and attribution models
  • Solid understanding of SEO and SEM strategies
  • Google Ads and/or Meta certifications are highly preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a team
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience in the online gaming market will be considered a plus
