AUFGABEN
  • Kundenkommunikation: Du bist erste:r Ansprechpartner:innen für Kunden:innen unserer namhaften, international agierenden Partner.
  • Inbound: Du bearbeitest eingehende Kundenanrufe und stellst die korrekte Lösung des Anliegens sicher.
  • Support: Du berätst und begleitest die Kunden durch eine lösungsorientierte und transparente Kommunikation via Telefonie und Mail.
  • Kompetenz: Du bist Experte/Expertin für Reklamationen, Vertragsänderungen und Fragen zu verschiedenen Produkten.
  • Next Level: Du hast ein Gespür für die Kundenbedürfnisse, begeisterst diese durch eine tolle Customer Experience und hebst die Kundenzufriedenheit mit individuellen Optimierungsmöglichkeiten aufs nächste Level.
DEIN PROFIL
  • Freundliche und positive Einstellung gegenüber Kunden, auch am Telefon.
  • Motivation, einen ausgezeichneten Kundenservice anzubieten, sowie Vertriebsgeschick.
  • Zuverlässigkeit, um die Kundenbedürfnisse effektiv zu erfüllen.
  • Gute PC-Kenntnisse.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C1).
  • Fähigkeit, mehrere Aufgaben in einem dynamischen Umfeld zu bewältigen.
  • Selbstständige Arbeitsweise und Teamfähigkeit.
  • Wunsch nach beruflicher Entwicklung im Kundenservice-Bereich.
