Senior Business Analyst

We're are looking for an ambitious and self-driven
Senior IT Business Analyst
to join our team on behalf of one of our major clients in the banking industry.

As an IT Business Analyst you will work on high-impact projects, collaborate with industry leaders, and tackle real business challenges, all while learning, growing, and redefining what's possible.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and understand business needs, developing clear and accurate specifications to ensure that systems fully meet business requirements.
• Facilitate requirement gathering and refinement sessions with key stakeholders.
• Present prototypes to the client and gather, analyze, and incorporate client feedback.
• Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring shared understanding and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support project planning activities by contributing to scope definition, effort estimation, prioritization, and dependency identification.
• Monitor progress of requirements implementation and proactively identify risks, issues, or deviations that may impact delivery timelines or quality.
• Preparation of high-quality deliverables including application user manuals, UAT scenarios and execution documentation.
• Actively support UAT coordination and ensure timely resolution of defects and clarifications.

Requirements:

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or another relevant field.
• At least 5 years of Business Analysis experience in IT projects, preferably in the Banking sector.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills, with strong oral and written communication skills in Greek and English.
• Familiarity with project delivery methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall or hybrid) and experience working within structured project environments.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under tight deadlines, and support project delivery milestones.
• Passion for working in multidisciplinary teams and complex projects.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset.
• Self-motivation for continuous learning and professional development.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality results and building strong, trusted client relationships.
