The Business Analyst role is designed for a curious, analytical mind that wants to see beyond numbers — to uncover patterns, trends, and stories that drive strategic decisions.

You will work closely with our leadership team to translate data into meaningful insights, helping shape the company's growth trajectory and marketing intelligence.

This position offers exposure to one of the most prestigious brands in international real estate, combining quantitative discipline with creative strategic thinking.

What You Will Do

  • Collect, structure, and analyze market, pricing, and client data to support strategic decisions.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards that highlight performance and opportunities.
  • Contribute to market studies and competitive analysis for new initiatives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Rentals divisions to align insights with action.
  • Participate in forecasting, KPI tracking, and brand-performance evaluations.

What Defines You

You are precise, analytical, and intellectually curious.

You enjoy connecting data with human stories and finding clarity in complexity.

  • Degree in Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, or Business Administration.
  • 2–4 years of professional experience in consulting, banking, or other data-driven environments.
  • Excellent analytical and presentation skills; advanced Excel and data-visualization literacy.
  • Fluent English and Greek; comfortable communicating findings to senior management.
  • A disciplined thinker who values both accuracy and insight.
