Ως Security Operator θα είσαι υπεύθυνος, σε συνεργασία με τον Security Supervisor, για τη διασφάλιση της σωστής και ομαλής λειτουργίας όλων των εγκαταστάσεων της εταιρείας σε θέματα απωλειών και ασφάλειας, με κύριο στόχο την ελαχιστοποίηση των απωλειών.

Καθήκοντα και αρμοδιότητες:

  • Έλεγχος για τη σωστή λειτουργία του κέντρου απομακρυσμένου ελέγχου καμερών, καθώς και των καμερών στις επιμέρους εγκαταστάσεις της εταιρείας.
  • Σύνταξη αναφορών για τα περιστατικά που συμβαίνουν κατά τη διάρκεια της βάρδιας, συγκεντρώνοντας όλα τα απαραίτητα στοιχεία και δικαιολογητικά.
  • Συντονισμός και διαχείριση περιστατικών ασφάλειας, με έγκαιρη και άμεση ενημέρωση προς τους αρμόδιους.
  • Εντοπισμός και την παρακολούθηση τυχόν υπόπτων ή εισβολέων στις εγκαταστάσεις.
  • Έλεγχος και συντονισμός του προσωπικού της συνεργαζόμενης εταιρείας φύλαξης.
  • Ορθή τήρηση αρχείου ασφαλείας (έγγραφα, αποθηκευτικό υλικό).
  • Επικοινωνία με τις αρμόδιες Δημόσιες Αρχές (Λιμενικό, Α.Τ.) όταν αυτό κρίνεται απαραίτητο.
  • Διασφάλιση ότι το κτίριο και οι υπόλοιπες εγκαταστάσεις είναι ασφαλείς τις ώρες και τις μέρες που δεν είναι σε λειτουργία.
  • Συμμετοχή στον συντονισμό και στην αντιμετώπιση έκτακτων περιστατικών.
  • Διασφάλιση ότι όλες οι εγκαταστάσεις της εταιρείας προστατεύονται σύμφωνα με τις υπάρχουσες διαδικασίες και πρακτικές, 24/7/365.
  • Εργασία σε κυκλικές βάρδιες ή παρουσία σε έκτακτη κλήση.

Απαραίτητα προσόντα:

  • Απολυτήριο Δευτεροβάθμιας Εκπαίδευσης (Ενιαίο ή Επαγγελματικό Λύκειο).
  • Εμπειρία 1-2 ετών σε αντίστοιχη θέση.
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση και χειρισμός των συστημάτων ασφάλειας CCTV.
  • Καλή γνώση χειρισμού Η/Υ.
  • Κριτική ικανότητα και οξυμένη παρατηρητικότητα.
  • Αναλυτική σκέψη και συνέπεια στην εργασία.
  • Οργανωτικές ικανότητες και ορθολογική κρίση.
