We are seeking a qualified and motivated
Architect Engineer
to join our construction team
on-site in Peania,
with a primary focus on managing
building permits
and ensuring regulatory compliance throughout the construction process.

Working on cutting-edge
data center projects
, your main missions are:

Permitting & Regulatory Compliance

  • Prepare and submit building permit applications in accordance with Greek legislation,
  • Liaise with local authorities, municipalities, and administrative bodies to facilitate and follow up on the permit approval process,
  • Maintain and update permit documentation,
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure compliance and documentation accuracy,
  • Manage the collection of necessary certificates (electrical, mechanical, etc.) from relevant local authorities,
  • Assist in preparing and coordinating on-site inspections with local authorities and internal teams,
  • Oversee the permitting-related aspects of the client handover process.

Acting as the on-site
BREEAM referent
, you coordinate with the client's assessors and internal departments to ensure compliance with BREEAM standards and certification requirements.

Construction Quality :
you support the monitoring and follow-up of construction quality throughout the project.

Profile
With a Civil
Engineer degree or Master in Architecture
, you have at least 3 years of experience on a similar job on building construction projects, with high added technical value.

With excellent organizational and communication skills, you have a proven experience in handling building permit processes in Greece.
