Job description

We are seeking a qualified and motivated Architect Engineer to join our construction team on-site in Peania, with a primary focus on managing building permits and ensuring regulatory compliance throughout the construction process.

Working on cutting-edge data center projects, your main missions are:

  • BREEAM - coordination in relation with the client assessor

  • CONSTRUCTION - Follow-up of architectural works (compliancy with detailled design and local regulation)

  • DESIGN - coordination with the architect

  • BIM - update of the BIM model (as built)

  • Prepare and submit building permit applications in accordance with Greek legislation,

  • Liaise with local authorities to facilitate and follow up on the permit approval process,

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure compliance and documentation accuracy.

Profile

With a Civil Engineer degree or Master in Architecture, you have at least 3 years of experience on a similar job on building construction projects, with high added technical value.

With excellent organizational and communication skills, you have a proven experience in handling building permit processes in Greece.
