About the job

EPIKYKLOS, a multi-award-winning construction company with 16 years of continuous growth is currently looking to hire an Architect Engineer for the Renovation Department, based in Athens. 

Required qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in residential projects
  • Excellent knowledge of building materials
  • Strong communication and sales skills
  • Proficiency in site measurement and documentation
  • Ability to carry out quantity take-offs
  • Ability to prepare detailed project offers
  • Driving license and personal means of transportation
  • Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD or ArchiCAD
  • Excellent knowledge of SketchUp or 3ds Max
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent command of the English language

Main responsibilities:

  • Recording all client needs and requirements for the new space
  • Preparing the complete architectural study file for residential renovations
  • Designing photorealistic renderings
  • Selecting materials from collaborating suppliers
  • Preparing the project's financial offer
  • Communicating with the supervising engineer of the project
  • Communicating with suppliers for quotation requests
