Ο/Η κάτοχος της θέσης θα είναι υπεύθυνος για την τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία  και τη διαχείριση των πελατών με ανεξόφλητα υπόλοιπα, σύμφωνα με τις διαδικασίες της  εταιρείας, διατηρώντας παράλληλα υψηλά επίπεδα ικανοποίησης πελατών.

Η ICAP Employment Solutions αναζητά έναν δυναμικό και οργανωτικό Late Collection Associate, ο οποίος θα αναλάβει την παρακολούθηση και διαχείριση καθυστερημένων οφειλών, εξασφαλίζοντας την έγκαιρη αποπληρωμή και τη διατήρηση θετικών σχέσεων με τους πελάτες, για λογαριασμό κορυφαίας εταιρίας-ηγέτη στον κλάδο τηλεπικοινωνιών

Schedule: Δευτέρα με Παρασκευή 09:00 – 17:00

Requirements

ΑΠΑΡΑΙΤΗΤΑ ΠΡΟΣΟΝΤΑ

·       Δευτεροβάθμια εκπαίδευση ή πτυχίο ΤΕΙ

·       Συστήματα διαχείρισης πελατειακής βάσης

·       Προϋπηρεσία 1-3 έτη σε αντίστοιχη θέση Collections ή Credit Control

·       Άριστες επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες και ικανότητα διαχείρισης δύσκολων συνομιλιών

·       Πολύ καλή γνώση αγγλικής γλώσσας

·       Εμπειρία σε ERP / CRM συστήματα θα θεωρηθεί πλεονέκτημα

·       Άριστο επίπεδο χρήσης της ελληνικής γλώσσας (γραπτά και προφορικά).

· Ικανότητα εργασίας σε δυναμικό, εξελισσόμενο και παράλληλα ομαδικό περιβάλλον.

·       Ευχέρεια στην επικοινωνία και τις διαπροσωπικές σχέσεις.

ΚΥΡΙΕΣ ΑΡΜΟΔΙΟΤΗΤΕΣ

Θα διεκπεραιώνει την τηλεφωνική ενημέρωση των συνδρομητών σχετικά με την ύπαρξη ληξιπρόθεσμου λογαριασμού, καθώς και τη δέσμευση αυτών για πληρωμή σε ημερομηνίες που θα συμφωνηθούν (εξερχόμενες / εισερχόμενες κλήσεις).


• Θα αξιολογεί και θα διαπραγματεύεται πιθανές προτάσεις (παρατάσεις) των συνδρομητών για εξόφληση, καθώς και αιτήματα για διακανονισμό των ληξιπρόθεσμων λογαριασμών, σύμφωνα με τις διαδικασίες της εταιρείας.


• Θα είναι υπεύθυνος για την πλήρη και αξιόπιστη ενημέρωση των διαχειριστικών συστημάτων της εταιρείας.


• Θα παρέχει παράλληλα τη μέγιστη εξυπηρέτηση στον πελάτη δίνοντας εναλλακτικές και διερευνώντας τους λόγους καθυστέρησης.


• Θα αναλάβει τη διαχείριση πελατών με στόχο τη διατήρηση της συνδρομητικής βάσης.


• Δυνατότητα διαπραγμάτευσης και ευελιξίας (win-win συμφωνία).
