ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, a well-established technology company providing integrated hardware and software solutions for smart city and transport systems, is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end ICT projects, based in Athens.

As a Technical Project Manager, you will lead end-to-end ICT projects that combine software and hardware components, ensuring timely delivery, technical quality, and alignment with client needs. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage resources and timelines, and serve as the key liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders..

What you will do

  • Develop and maintain strategic project plans, ensuring clear milestones, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Lead technical team meetings, addressing challenges and ensuring smooth project execution.
  • Oversee the end-to-end rollout of both hardware and software.
  • Ensure quality assurance at every stage of the project lifecycle.
  • Identify and allocate necessary resources for each project.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through post-project reviews and continuous improvements

Requirements

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering.
  • 2+ years of experience in technical project management of ICT projects which include both software and installation of hardware on the field.
  • Experience in management of field installations.
  • Experience in leading technical teams and fostering a collaborative work environment.

Skills:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with experience in setting project guidelines.
  • A problem-solving mindset, with the ability to anticipate and mitigate potential risks.
  • Excellent communication skills in Greek and English, both written and verbal.
