Managing Director to lead its operations in Thessaloniki
. The successful candidate will oversee all branch activities, managing a team of up to 50 employees, ensuring operational excellence, financial performance, and the delivery of high-quality services in line with Amco's corporate standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the Thessaloniki branch, including administration, logistics, customer service, and business development.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of up to 50 employees, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
  • Implement company policies and ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage budgets, monitor KPIs, and drive branch performance to meet business targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and local stakeholders.
  • Identify growth opportunities within the local market and support strategic expansion initiatives.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and uphold Amco's reputation for quality and reliability.
  • Collaborate closely with headquarters to align branch operations with corporate objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree in Computer science, Business Administration or related Field (Master Degree is required)
  • At least of 15 years of proven experience in Leadership role, preferable within an industrial , engineering, or service-oriented environment.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in English and Greek (both written and spoken).
  • Based in Thessaloniki or willing to relocate.
  • Business trips on weekly basis to meet with customers.
