As a senior team member, at our DACC delivery center, you will be at the forefront of business transformation. You are a strategic architect of change, responsible for ensuring our clients successfully navigate the complexities of adopting Generative AI, Cultural Changes, and ERP systems. Your expertise will be pivotal in making technology a seamless and powerful part of the human experience.

Key Activities

• Strategy and Roadmap Development: Design and develop comprehensive change management strategies that align with project goals and business outcomes. You will create detailed roadmaps that outline the journey from initial awareness to full-scale adoption and proficiency.

• End-to-End Initiative Leadership: Lead the creation, management, and execution of all change initiatives. This includes conducting thorough stakeholder analysis, performing change impact assessments, identifying potential resistance, and developing mitigation tactics to ensure a smooth transition.

• Content and Engagement Oversight: Oversee the development of compelling communication and training materials. You will ensure all content is aligned with strategic goals, tailored to different audience needs, and delivered through impactful channels to maximize reach and resonance.

• Change Management Subject Matter Expertise: Act as the go-to expert for all aspects of change management related to GenAI implementations, ERP systems, and cultural changes. Provide thought leadership, share best practices, and guide internal teams on the unique cultural and behavioral shifts required.

• Team Collaboration and Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior change management consultants, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning. You will collaborate closely with technical leads, project managers, and communication specialists to ensure an integrated and cohesive approach.

• Engagement Tooling Strategy: Define the overarching strategy for leveraging modern engagement tools (e.g., Canva, PowerPoint, Mentimeter, Miro, Kahoot, MS Forms) to facilitate workshops, gather feedback, and enhance employee participation throughout the change journey.

• Performance Measurement: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of change initiatives, monitor adoption rates, and report on progress to senior leadership, ensuring accountability and demonstrating value.

#OurRequirements

Must-have qualifications:

• Experience: 3-5 years of dedicated experience in a change management role, with a demonstrable history of leading complex, large-scale initiatives.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Communications, or a related field.

• Strategic Acumen: Proven ability to think strategically, connect change management activities to broader business objectives, and develop clear, actionable plans.

• Leadership: Strong leadership and influencing skills with the ability to guide project teams, mentor junior colleagues, and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.

• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, engaging messages for diverse audiences, from technical teams to executive leaders.

• Project Experience: Experience in technology-driven change is essential. You must be comfortable working in a structured, process-oriented environment and collaborating with technical experts.

• Strategic thinking, consulting mindset, and a solution-oriented approach

• Fluent in English

• Good Knowledge of Italian Language

Nice-to-have:

• Experience in international or consulting environments

• Knowledge of gamification, microlearning, video-based learning

• Familiarity with motion design, no-code or low-code tools
