Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and process requests from the sales network
  • Handle insurance operations (quotations, applications, contracts, claims)
  • Liaise with insurance companies to ensure accurate management of insurance tasks
  • Assess and evaluate risks related to Life Insurance contracts

Candidate Profile:

  • University degree (AEI/TEI) in Economics, Insurance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role within an insurance company or brokerage firm.
  • Good command of the English language.
  • Proficiency in computer use and MS Office applications.
  • Strong team player with collaboration and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
  • Holder of a valid Level A Insurance Intermediary Certificate and re-certification.
  • Fulfilled military obligations (for male candidates).
