APR Team Leader

As APR Operations Team Leader, you will oversee and support the Anti-Fraud, Payments & Risk (APR) team to ensure operational excellence, compliance with regulatory standards, and efficient delivery of services. You will play a key role in safeguarding payment processes, preventing fraud, and fostering the professional growth of your team

What you will be doing :

• Lead and supervise daily APR operations, ensuring service levels and volumes are consistently met.
• Oversee payment flows, PSP performance, and customer fund withdrawals.
• Monitor bonus campaigns, identifying risks and vulnerabilities.
• Ensure processes are compliant with regulations and maintain alignment with Compliance, AML, and Legal teams.
• Escalate and report suspicious transactions, contribute to fraud registers, and support AML initiatives.
• Support onboarding and training of new team members.
• Allocate tasks, conduct performance reviews, and hold 1:1 feedback sessions.
• Resolve sensitive operational issues with balanced decision-making.
• Oversee refund processes and adjust workflows in line with market trends.
• Collaborate with other team leaders to enhance efficiency and consistency.
• Detect and prevent fraudulent activity through account monitoring and verification procedures.
• Contribute to team development by identifying training needs and evaluating performance.
• Foster a respectful, positive, and professional work environment.
• Take accountability for the quality, security, and efficiency of team activities.
