Στόχος μας είναι να παρέχουμε υψηλής ποιότητας υπηρεσίεςστους πελάτες μας, δημιουργώντας μακροχρόνιες σχέσεις εμπιστοσύνης.

Σκοπός της Θέσης

Ως Trainer/Team Leader, θα είστε υπεύθυνος για τηνεκπαίδευση, την καθοδήγηση και την υποστήριξη της ομάδας των τηλεφωνικώνσυμβούλων μας στον τομέα του ρεύματος. Θα διασφαλίζετε ότι η ομάδα σας διαθέτειτις απαραίτητες γνώσεις και δεξιότητες για να επιτυγχάνει τους στόχους πωλήσεωνκαι εξυπηρέτησης, ενώ παράλληλα θα δημιουργείτε ένα θετικό και παραγωγικόεργασιακό περιβάλλον.

Αρμοδιότητες

  • Σχεδιασμός και υλοποίηση εκπαιδευτικών προγραμμάτων για νέους και υπάρχοντες τηλεφωνικούς συμβούλους στον τομέα του ρεύματος.
  • Παρακολούθηση της απόδοσης της ομάδας και παροχή feedback και coaching για βελτίωση.
  • Δημιουργία και διατήρηση θετικού και παραγωγικού εργασιακού περιβάλλοντος.
  • Διασφάλιση της συμμόρφωσης με τις πολιτικές και τις διαδικασίες της εταιρείας.
  • Ανάλυση των αναγκών εκπαίδευσης και ανάπτυξης της ομάδας.
  • Παρακολούθηση των τάσεων της αγοράς στον τομέα του ρεύματος και προσαρμογή των εκπαιδευτικών προγραμμάτων ανάλογα.
  • Διαχείριση και επίλυση προβλημάτων που προκύπτουν στην ομάδα.
  • Συνεργασία με άλλα τμήματα της εταιρείας για την επίτευξη των συνολικών στόχων.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

  • Εμπειρία στην εκπαίδευση και την καθοδήγηση ομάδων.
  • Αποδεδειγμένηεμπειρία σε call center, ιδανικά στον τομέα του ρεύματος
  • Άριστη γνώση των προϊόντων και των υπηρεσιών ρεύματος.
  • Εξαιρετικές επικοινωνιακές και διαπραγματευτικές δεξιότητες.
  • Ικανότητα εργασίας υπό πίεση και επίτευξης στόχων.
  • Άριστη γνώση Η/Υ και εφαρμογών MS Office.
  • Γνώση CRM συστημάτων.
