Your Mission:
As a
Customer Happiness Specialist
, youll be the friendly expert our Spanish-speaking customers rely on. You will:
- Engage with customers via phone, email & chat
- Provide clear, friendly support and product guidance
- Troubleshoot issues and ensure every customer feels valued
- Log and track cases with accuracy and care
- Go above and beyond to deliver an outstanding experience
What You Bring:
- Fluent / C2 Spanish you express yourself naturally and confidently
- Strong B2 English to collaborate with your international team
- A people-first mindset paired with excellent communication
- Tech-savvy attitude and the ability to multitask with ease
