About the Role:
As a Travel Agent, you'll serve as a trusted guide throughout the booking process. Your communication skills and keen attention to detail will ensure a smooth and personalized experience for every customer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in choosing and booking the ideal rental vehicle for their needs

Provide expert recommendations on car types, packages, and added services

Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat in a professional and approachable manner

Handle booking updates, cancellations, and resolve any concerns with care

Stay informed about rental policies, promotions, and industry updates to better support customers

Maintain accurate records of all interactions and reservations to ensure high-quality service
Requirements:
- Proficiency in German (C2 level)
- Proficiency in English (B2 level)
- EU Citizenship or a Greek residency card
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, ideally in call centers or support roles
- Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage tasks remotely
