Position requirements:

  • Provide personalized guest services, ensuring a warm welcome and a seamless check-in/check-out experience.
  • Resolve customer complaints as appropriate to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality.
  • Coordinate activities with other hotel departments to facilitate increased levels of communication and guest satisfaction.
  • Escort guests upon arrival at their suite, introducing the hotel's services and amenities.
  • Support the concierge team with recommendations and bookings for restaurants, transfers, and activities
  • Monitor and respond to guest feedback via various channels (in-person, email, reviews, etc

Skills & Abilities
  • Minimum of two years' experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel.
  • Fluency in English is required
  • Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Extensive knowledge of the hotel, its services, and facilities.

Requirements

Education

  • Graduates Bachelor's degree and/or diploma in hotel or another related field
  • Computer Knowledge and experience in MS office programs
