We are looking for a talentedFront Office Managerto complement our Front Office team for the season 2026 inGrace 5* Hotel Resort, MykonosQualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as Front Office Manager or similar role
  • Diploma or degree in hospitality management or related field in hotel management
  • Working knowledge of various computer software programs (PMS, MS Office, POS)
  • Flexibility, multitasking & ability to solve complex problems.
  • Able to delegate multiple tasks.
  • Communication and leadership skills
  • Ability in team management and in meeting performance goals
  • Excellent time-management skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Customer-centric
  • Integrity, reliability, and accurate reporting
  • Team building skills
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company's success
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

Key responsibilities

  • Oversees the entire operation of the Front Office department, including guest check in, check out and concierge services
  • Closely works with the General Manager to continually enhance and advance the hotel's services and operations
  • Ensures SOP implementation in Front Office department
  • Prepare and manage outgoing mail
  • Check, reply, sort and forward emails
  • Responsible for all the Front Office staff appearance and cooperation with the other departments
