We are looking for a talentedFront Office Managerto complement our Front Office team for the season 2026 inGrace 5* Hotel Resort, MykonosQualifications
- 3+ years of experience as Front Office Manager or similar role
- Diploma or degree in hospitality management or related field in hotel management
- Working knowledge of various computer software programs (PMS, MS Office, POS)
- Flexibility, multitasking & ability to solve complex problems.
- Able to delegate multiple tasks.
- Communication and leadership skills
- Ability in team management and in meeting performance goals
- Excellent time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer-centric
- Integrity, reliability, and accurate reporting
- Team building skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company's success
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
Key responsibilities
- Oversees the entire operation of the Front Office department, including guest check in, check out and concierge services
- Closely works with the General Manager to continually enhance and advance the hotel's services and operations
- Ensures SOP implementation in Front Office department
- Prepare and manage outgoing mail
- Check, reply, sort and forward emails
- Responsible for all the Front Office staff appearance and cooperation with the other departments
