Your everyday work-life
- Ensure compliance with local laws and Health & Safety (H&S) regulations while overseeing and coordinating safe project execution.
- Supervise field operations, including site visits, technician performance, and installation of air conditioning and heating systems.
- Lead project teams to deliver technically accurate and timely mechanical engineering designs and solutions.
- Coordinate with clients and external partners to ensure alignment on project requirements, timelines, and quality standards.
- Provide technical support, troubleshoot on-site issues, and ensure cost-effective, high-quality design and installation processes.
- Manage projects to successful completion—on schedule, within budget, and in line with client expectations.
As an ideal fit, you should have
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 2+ years' experience in a related field role
- Solid knowledge of HVAC system installation
- Strong problem-solving and technical skills
- Familiar with Health & Safety regulations
- Service-oriented and adaptable mindset
- Good understanding of safety procedures
- Tech-savvy and computer literate
- Excellent multitasking under pressure
- Analytical and critical thinker
