The Role in a Nutshell  

Are you the kind of person who thrives on planning, organizing, and making things run like clockwork? Do Excel sheets feel like second nature? Can you juggle tasks while keeping a cool head and a sharp eye on the big picture? If yes — we want you as our next Operations Planner
We're looking for a proactive, detail-driven mind to help us streamline demand, coordinate processes, and support daily operations — all while navigating digital tools and systems like a pro.

Your Day-to-Day  

Supporting operational planning and execution with a strong sense of ownership

  • Managing and forecasting demand across teams and projects
  • Working closely with stakeholders to align timelines, resources, and priorities
  • Using tools like Excel, ERP systems, and MS Office to track and analyze data
  • Bringing structure to the chaos, spotting bottlenecks, and suggesting improvements
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, from business analysts to project managers
Your Key Strengths
  • 1–2 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or related roles
  • Solid grasp of Excel, Office, and data organization
  • Exposure to ERP systems or planning software is a big plus
  • A hybrid mindset: part business analyst, part project planner
  • Strong communication and time-management skills
