  • Conduct market research for products to be procured.
  • Participate in complex projects, prepare and manage complex purchase orders from placement through to supplier invoicing.
  • Submit purchase orders to suppliers through all available channels.
  • Manage incoming invoices in accordance with the company's procedures.
  • Provide information and reporting related to complex projects.
  • Manage the assets inventory, ensure the assets availability, raise stock requirements in the company's platform, submit the appropriate purchase orders.
  • Participate in the submission of periodic declarations such as monthly, quarterly and annual recycling reports.
  • Participate in the customs clearance of products imported from third countries.
  • Participate in the evaluation of suppliers from whom the company procures materials and software.
  • Make proposals for problem resolution, propose measures that can effectively manage high-pressure or critical situations and make recommendations for the improvement of systems and processes.

Requirements

Your experience, skillset and qualifications are going to help you succeed in this position, moving forward. We would like you to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or in other related science.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an IT company.
  • Very good knowledge of SAP MM.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, specifically Excel and Word.
  • Ability and willingness to continuously learn new technologies and products.
  • Very good command of the English language (level B2 or higher), both written and spoken.
  • Fulfilled military obligations (for male candidates).
