is a leading software development company specializing in the implementation of large-scale Information and Communication Technology projects for the public sector. As part of their growth, they are seeking an
IT Support Specialist
to strengthen their IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for user technical support, managing the company's Microsoft 365 & Intune environment, and contributing to ISO 27001 compliance. In addition, they will manage IT assets (hardware, software, licenses) and handle IT equipment and services procurement.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide technical user support (1st & 2nd level support)
- Manage accounts, groups, and devices in Microsoft 365 & Intune
- Troubleshoot Windows and Linux operating system issues
- Install, maintain, and update systems and applications
- Manage IT assets: inventory, monitoring, and disposal of equipment and licenses
- Handle and coordinate IT procurement (equipment, services, software)
- Participate in improving security processes and ISO 27001 compliance
- Document incidents and support actions
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Support or System Administration
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Defender)
- Experience with Intune (Device Management, Policies, Compliance)
- Experience or familiarity with Microsoft Azure (AD, Entra ID, basic resource management)
- Familiarity with Windows and basic Linux commands
- Understanding of ISO 27001 principles and security best practices
- Good command of English (spoken and written)
Desired Qualifications
- Microsoft certifications (MS-900, MD-102, AZ-900)
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, Zendesk)
- Experience with IT Asset Management tools or procurement systems
- Good scripting knowledge (PowerShell or Bash)
