Η Redex ένας από τους κορυφαίους παρόχους ολοκληρωμένων υπηρεσιών διαχείρισης κτιριακών εγκαταστάσεων, ανακατασκευής επαγγελματικών χώρων και εξοικονόμησης ενέργειας, αναζητά Ηλεκτρολόγο ή Μηχανολόγο Μηχανικό, προκειμένου να αναλάβει έργα αεροδρομίων στo τμήμα του Facilities Management της εταιρείας.

*Η θέση αφορά πενθήμερη εργασία στα γραφεία της εταιρείας στο Μαρούσι.

Αρμοδιότητες

  • Έλεγχος και κοστολόγηση μηχανολογικών και ηλεκτρολογικών εργασιών.
  • Επικοινωνία με προμηθευτές, υπεργολάβους, μηχανικούς, μελετητές.
  • Προσδιορισμός τεχνικών προδιαγραφών και απαιτήσεων των εργασιών.
  • Σύνταξη οικονομο-τεχνικών προσφορών.
  • Προετοιμασία συμβάσεων προμηθευτών και υπεργολάβων.
  • Προετοιμασία και συλλογή εγγράφων για την πιστοποίηση των εργασιών.
  • Απομακρυσμένη διαχείριση ομάδων κατασκευής και συντήρησης για την επίλυση ζητημάτων και την επίτευξη των χρονοδιαγραμμάτων.
  • Προετοιμασία τεχνικών εκθέσεων για την εκτέλεση των εργασιών.
  • Διασφάλιση επίτευξης υψηλής ποιότητας εργασιών, εντός των προδιαγραφών του Αεροδρομίου και εντός του προϋπολογισμού του έργου.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • Απόφοιτος/η Μηχανολόγων ή Ηλεκτρολόγων Μηχανικών (ΑΕΙ/ΤΕΙ)
  • 5+ έτη εμπειρίας σε διαχείριση εργασιών συντήρησης και κατασκευής έργων μικρής κλίμακας
  • Άριστη γνώση Αγγλικής γλώσσας
  • Άριστη γνώση MS Office
  • Καλή γνώση AutoCad
  • Προσοχή και έμφαση στη λεπτομέρεια
