Role – What you will do

We are looking for a
Spare Parts & Supply Coordinator
with a
technical background
to handle:


  • Spare parts orders for ships & shipping companies
  • Communication with
    suppliers, manufacturers & customers

  • Quotations, order processing & follow-up

  • Stock control & delivery tracking
  • Daily cooperation with
    technical & service teams
  • Support customers on spare parts and technical identification


Requirements (Mandatory)


  • Proven experience
    in spare parts, supply or purchasing

  • Technical studies
    (Electrician, Electronics, Automation, Mechatronics or similar)

  • Permanent residence in Athens – Piraeus area
  • Very good level of
    English (emails, suppliers, manuals)
  • Organised, responsible and able to work with deadlines


Strong Plus

  • Marine, shipping or industrial automation background
  • Experience with ERP systems
  • Familiarity with ship equipment & spare parts
