We are seeking a
Technical Business Analyst
to join our high-caliber team and work on
innovative Software Projects in the Supply Chain domain
.

Your Role:

  • Engage with Stakeholders:
    Partner with business and technical stakeholders to gather, analyze, and define requirements for optimizing business processes.
  • Design Solutions:
    Document requirements and design robust solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Implement & Execute:
    Deliver software implementations, focusing on Microsoft SQL and/or Oracle databases.
  • Innovate & Improve:
    Provide feedback to improve existing functionalities and support the development of new features.
  • Train & Support:
    Conduct training sessions and provide support to ensure a smooth transition for end users.
  • Collaborate & Resolve:
    Work closely with the project team to prioritize customer needs and proactively resolve issues.

Your Qualifications & Competencies:

  • Educational Background:
    Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
    Additional qualifications in Supply Chain Management or Logistics are a plus.
  • Technical Skills:
    Hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL or Oracle Server, knowledge of REST APIs, and familiarity with communication protocols (HTTP, JSON, REST, XML).
  • Industry Knowledge:
    Experience or familiarity with Warehouse Management System (WMS), Supply Chain Execution software, or business consulting in SCM/Logistics will be considered an asset.
  • Soft Skills:
    Strong communication skills, fluency in English, active listening, time management, problem-solving, teamwork abilities.
