We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team.

Role Objectives

  • Collecting and tracking change requests
  • Make sure that requirements are fully understood from both Business and Development teams and that the designed implementation will truly satisfy our customers' expectations
  • Participate in the definition, analysis of business requirements
  • Uncover and understand customer and business needs and translate them into functional and technical requirements

Key responsibilities

  • Define business problems via in depth investigation and gathering of technical and non technical information
  • Simplifying information and deciphering technical jargon so it is easily understood but the team.
  • The ability to work with colleagues and stakeholders to gain an in-depth understanding of critical business requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customer regarding the implementation of changes and the business requirements
  • Conducting workshops will be a part of your daily activity
  • Competence in writing reports and making presentations to highlight the effect of changes you made
