WINGS ICT Solutions is looking for a skilled IT Business Analyst with experience in the banking sector to analyze business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and support the implementation of banking solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders, IT teams, and management to ensure banking products, services, and systems align with business objectives.
The main responsibilities will involve:
- Requirement Gathering & Analysis:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document requirements.
- Conduct gap analysis and feasibility studies for banking processes and IT systems.
- Develop business cases for new initiatives.
- Process Improvement & Strategy:
- Analyze existing banking workflows, processes, and systems to identify inefficiencies.
- Propose and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Support the development of digital banking solutions.
- System & Data Analysis:
- Work with IT teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
- Assist in system testing, UAT, and implementation of new banking solutions.
- Analyze banking data to support decision-making and compliance reporting.
- Stakeholder & Vendor Management:
- Act as a bridge between business users, IT teams, and third-party vendors.
- Ensure alignment of banking products and services with regulatory requirements.
- Provide regular updates and reports to management.
Requirements
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field
Desired experience and skills:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the banking or financial sector.
- Strong understanding of banking operations, financial products, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience with banking software, core banking systems, and digital banking platforms.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, Jira, or other relevant tools.
