Responsibilities:

  • Assists in the drafting and submission of electricity trading orders
  • Supports the submission of cross-border flow programs
  • Monitors the portfolio of energy contracts and energy transfer programs, ensuring their implementation
  • Participates in communication with counterparties to develop partnerships and secure new agreements
  • Participates in transmission rights auctions related to the above goods
  • Contributes to the preparation of analyses and reports

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from a University in Engineering, Economics, Sciences and Financial Sciences
  • Up to two (2) years of relevant experience in executing transactions in electricity and/or natural gas products, or in participating in stock markets (energy-related or not), or in energy market analysis
  • Experience in the Energy sector will be considered an additional qualification
  • Certification as a negotiator in the Greek or foreign market will be considered an additional qualification
  • Knowledge of programming (VBA, Power BI, Python, Java, R) will be considered an additional qualification
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Internet
  • Good knowledge of the English language
  • Availability in flexible working hours
  • Availability in case of emergency (upon phone contact)
